I am a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, is goal-oriented, and has an eye for detail. I have experience in upscale gastronomy, where quality and flavor are paramount, and stress resistance is essential.
However, I can also work from home, whether it's preparing meals for the week or just for the weekend. Additionally, I am available for small gatherings, parties, or dinner events.

In Catering and events
I have gained experience in various areas of the catering industry, both in operations and preparation. My main focus is on high-end events, as well as business or intimate dinners, but I also have experience in catering large events and canteens with up to 1,000 guests. Organization and communication before, during, and after the event are key. My ability to adapt to different situations and environments is fast and efficient, and discretion is my top priority.

As a self-employed freelancer
I combine the above-mentioned competencies and skills and offer a wide range of national and international, small to large assignments.
In addition, I have experience in organizing workshops and training courses on the subject of nutrition. I have been involved in the creation of cookery books and have developed and tested recipes and preparations. I like to contribute when it comes to developing and working out different concepts.
