From fine dining and Michelin star restaurants to large catering, I deliver excellent results for every event, from small celebrations to large caterings. My adaptability, flexibility and cultural sensitivity ensure smooth implementation in a wide variety of culinary environments, always with a focus on precisely meeting customer needs.

From an early age, I learnt in my family that good food, drinks, and hospitality are very important. These values brought me into contact with the hospitality industry early on—whether through dinners in fine restaurants, weekend internships driven by curiosity and interest, or my mum's delicious cooking.
After completing my training at the Hotelschool ‘Ter Duinen’ in Koksijde, Belgium, I gained valuable experience working in several renowned establishments both in the Netherlands and abroad. I have seen, learnt, and tasted a lot, and I have been self-employed since September 2024.
